What is the J.Marberger Stuart Foundation, Inc.?

It is a private foundation organized under the IRS as a charitable foundation. Its goal is to promote magic as an art form. The J. Marberger Stuart Foundation, Inc. was founded in 1993 as a memorial to its founder, J. Marberger Stuart.

Its primary activity is the annual DRAGON Award roundtable.

It also gives an academic scholarship to promising magicians and/or magician's assistants who are furthering their education. The foundation also engages in historical magic research and cooperates with other magical organizations.
